Individual paper and poster proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria by the Psychiatry Conferences 2023 Advisory Board:

Conciseness, coherence, clarity, and focus in presentation
Methodology, including research design (if an empirical study), clearly stated questions, data sources, data collection procedures, analytic approach, and results
Relevance, currency, appropriateness, and significance of the topic, issue, or problem
Theoretical orientation and/or practical application to the field
Originality of the proposal

Psychiatry Conference 2023 Committee is dedicated to ensuring a prompt and impartial review process adhering to international standards of double-blind peer review. Our success in this undertaking is reliant on the aid of exceptionally skilled academics worldwide.

Upon submission, authors will receive the results of the abstract review within two days.
The Psychiatry Conference Chair presides over the scientific committee and has the ultimate authority to decide on the acceptance of abstracts.
Notifications of paper acceptance or rejection, accompanied by reviewer comments, will be communicated to the author.
In the event of a required revision, the author will receive the revised abstract within a day.

Psychiatry Conference 2023 Submission Guidelines

Ensure that your abstract is relevant to the Psychiatry Conference 2023 by adhering to the guidelines provided below.

To submit your abstract, upload a Word document through the online submission platform and select the appropriate category (Oral, Poster, or Young Research Forum).
During the submission process, you will need to choose the session that your conference presentation is intended for. You can view the full list of sessions in the Scientific Sessions section.
Adhere to the reference template provided in the Abstract Submission section when preparing your submission.
Your abstract should not exceed 300 words and pertains one or more of the conference themes/tracks or sub-tracks. Further details on the Tracks/ sub tracks can be found via Call for Abstracts section.
Include the affiliation and university or organization of each author in your paper, indicating where the research was conducted.
Your paper should be structured with different sections, including Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References.
At the end of the abstract, provide a short biography (limited to 150 words) of each author, along with their photograph and email address. (Please see the Abstract Template in the Abstract Submission section for reference)

All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to Register for the Psychiatry Conference 2023 and attend the session in which their presentation is scheduled (between December 04-06, 2023).
Each presenter may submit one or more abstracts. Those presenting on behalf of the University or organization may additionally present their own work as well.
Abstracts that do not align with the selected topic's focus will be reassigned at the discretion of the Review Committee.
